“Coming to SACNAS I did not know what to expect, so I was very surprised because of how intense the conference was from start to finish. Not only was it intense but it was focused on students and I felt valued in a special way that does not happen often at my own educational institution. The networking was priceless and I got the opportunity to meet professors and doctors in my area of study. One of the best things about the conference was how our native cultures were valued and put into our science perspective from people of the same color and ethnicity. It was amazing overall and thank you so much.”
