BECOME A CONFERENCE ATTENDEE SPONSOR

Become a sponsor and help a conference participant attend the SACNAS National Conference. Attendee sponsors support conference participants by funding their registration and/or membership dues. By signing up as a sponsor you directly contribute to the advancement of your program's students and/or teachers.

NOTE: This opportunity applies to program directors, administrators, and others who are taking financial responsibility for the conference fees of their attendee(s). To provide general sponsorship for the conference including support for travel and lodging scholarships, oral/poster presentations awards, and more, see the Sponsors page.

Benefits of Sponsoring an Individual:

  • Support undergraduate students, graduate students, and postdocs in their development as researchers and presenters
  • Give a precollege (K-12) teacher the opportunity to learn effective new inquiry-based teaching methods and interact with scientists and students
  • Enable all conference attendees to network with and receive mentorship from role models and peers
Before You Sign Up to Sponsor an Individual:

You must have the full name and email of each individual you are sponsoring on hand in order to fill out the online form.

There are several registration fee options. Please inform the individual(s) you are sponsoring about the type of registration for which you will be paying.

If you need to add or delete an individual from your list, you may make changes to your sponsorship any time before the preregistration deadline via the Manage Sponsorees link found on your MySACNAS Home page.
