How do my students submit an application?

before students participating in a summer program may access the summer travel scholarships application.
Once the program is enrolled, SACNAS will issue an access code for directors. Distribute the code to
your students; when they use SACNAS’ online summer travel scholarships system, they must enter this access code
in order to begin the summer travel scholarships application. Note: Program directors do not need to be SACNAS
members to enroll a summer program.
How do I enroll my summer program?
Program directors can enroll their summer programs starting: To Be Announced
- Login to your MySACNAS account or, if you do not already have one, create a new user account including your email, name, institution, and address.

(On the "MySACNAS Home" page you will have access to the link to begin the process of enrolling your program.)

- Fill out the required information. The form requires you to submit basic information on your summer program.
- Upon successful submission, a confirmation page will appear. This page will contain your program’s unique access code. Your program is now enrolled.
How do I invite the students in my program to enroll?
It is the program director's responsibility to submit their students’ email addresses in the summer program system and to manage their progress.
- Login to your MySACNAS account and return to the "MySACNAS Home" page.
- Select the link for "Manage Your Summer Program."
- Enter the email addresses of each of the summer program students you would like
to have access to the summer travel scholarships process. Upon submission of each unique email
address, the system will send an automated email to that student with your program's unique access code
and summer travel scholarships application instructions.
- Up until the summer application deadline (July 17, 2008), you may return to the “Manage Your Summer Program” page at any time to review your students’ status.
How do I manage my students applying for summer travel scholarships?
Program directors have access to a management site accessible through their MySACNAS account.
On the “Manage Your Summer Program” site, you will be able to:

the cost of the registration and/or dues, you must enter the individual in the "Sponsor an Individual" system
