Are you a Travel Scholarship Recipient?

If you are a travel scholarship recipient SACNAS staff will contact you after your application has been accepted.   If you receive a travel scholarship, you will not need to arrange your own travel or lodging.  SACNAS will arrange your travel and lodging based on the information you provided in your application at the time of submission.

You will receive travel itinerary and lodging information via e-mail after processing is complete. You will be held financially responsible for any cancellation fees and reservation changes. SACNAS does not book international travel.

Are you a SACNAS-sponsored/funded Speaker or Special Participant?

SACNAS staff will contact you with further instructions on how to proceed with your travel and lodging arrangements.

Hotel: SACNAS will make room reservations for SACNAS-sponsored speakers; please do not contact any of the hotels below directly to make a room reservation.

Air Travel:  SACNAS staff will send you a confirmation letter with further instruction on how to book your SACNAS sponsored air travel.

Are you an individual or group making your own reservations?

SACNAS encourages conference attendees who are not sponsored by SACNAS to connect directly with our officially contracted travel and lodging partners for arrangements to attend the 2013 SACNAS National Conference.

Discounted room rates are available!  When making your reservations be sure to notify hotel reservation staff that you are participating in the SACNAS 2013 National Conference.
