SACNAS believes that the privacy rights of its members and affiliates are of paramount importance and has created this Privacy Policy to explain why we collect particular information and how we will protect your personal privacy within our website. Conference/Event Privacy

Registrants will be included in the 2014 SACNAS National Conference Membership Directory; our system features a state-of-the-art membership platform that allows organizations to contact our constituents without revealing their emails and other personal information. Registrants will also be included in the ‘2014 Attendee List’ to be distributed to exhibitors and sponsors in a digital format. The purpose of this list is to encourage networking and individual follow-up. This list is not to be used for unsolicited commercial or bulk-email purposes. The information on the list will be limited to name, organization, discipline of study, current level, and email. Registrants will have the opportunity to opt in to both the ‘2014 Membership Directory’ and the ‘2014 Attendee List’ during registration. If, at any time, you wish not to be included in this list, email [email protected].
