2022 NDiSTEM Puerto Rico Student Community Discount 

All SACNAS student-level members who are currently enrolled at a college institution located in Puerto Rico, or have graduated from a college institution located in Puerto Rico within the last six months. Both part-time and full-time students are eligible. Please note: High school students and professionals are not eligible for this discount.

• Proof of enrollment at a college institution located in Puerto Rico, for example College ID or Course list that includes your full name 
• SACNAS Student Member ID number (for instructions on how to find our ID number, click HERE) 

We would love to issue refunds but due to the nature of the funds donated to support this discount, we are not able to apply a discount retroactively. Refunds are not available for this one-time discount. We appreciate your support of SACNAS events and community through your registration fees. Thank you for your understanding.

Thanks to the support of our partners, SACNAS  secured funds to support Puerto Rican students who are facing unique challenges at this time, including extremely limited institutional funding support, island-wide economic hardship, and enduring economic effects from natural disasters. With guidance from SACNAS’ Local Cultural Advisory Group and the Sponsorship Task Force, SACNAS staff engaged a group of SACNAS corporate partners to secure financial resources to offset the cost of registration for up to 400 Puerto Rico STEM scholars through a one-time discount on registration. Some of these discounts will be given through our Puerto Rico Chapters and some are open for any Puerto Rican student to register through our online portal.
